At Napa Tapas we are committed to quality and it is truly our mission. Napa Tapas focuses on a just a few quality products. Our hummus was created by our chef, frankly because she liked hummus and was unable to find a product currently marketed that was to her liking. Our olive tapenades are made from only the best olives, grown in Northern California. When our chef found just the right olives she insisted on meeting with the grower and then personally observed the processing.

We use only the finest extra virgin olive oil available in all our products which separates our products from the rest. We will never compromise on our commitment to quality.
